SU-155 has been operating in the construction sphere for over 55 years. Today, this is a large industrial and construction group capable of independently implementing the entire cycle of construction works.

«Stroymontazhtrest No. 3” is founded under the Glavmosstroy and renamed into “Construction Directorate-155” (SU-155) later. |

Throughout these years, the Company takes part in the experimental housing construction of microdistrict No. 9 in the South-West district of Moscow (New Cheryomushki); it constructs the 41st block in Zyuzino, 95th block in Kuntsevo, 17-storey residential building in the Prospect Mira, 16-storey frameless house of the 2-65 series in Troparyovo and four buildings in Medvedkovo, Konkovo and Derevlyovo simultaneously. |

1970–1990: |

The construction rates grow. The Company completes the “Beryozka” residential district in Orekhovo-Borisovo ahead of schedule. It starts construction of dwelling in Solntsevo as a general contractor. In 1978, SU-155 was presented the Order of the Red Banner of Labor that was awarded for great labor achievements for the Soviet state and society in the sphere of production, science, culture, literature, art, public education, health service in the state, public and other spheres of activities. |

1991: |

Crucial point for SU-155: the Company is permitted to operate as a separate legal entity. Before that, SU-155 was a production unit of the MFS-1 without the right to conduct independent business activities. |

Active establishment of the own production base. SU-155 receives a land plot for its production capacities in 145, Profsoyuznaya Street. SU-155 takes part in Moscow program for dwelling completion. |

On April 20, according to the decision of the labor collective, SU-155 CJSC is registered. |

Opening of the first concrete mixing station; in addition to panel housing construction, SU-155 starts to build cast in-situ structures. Foundation of “Cheryomushki-1” – the first private management company for communal utilities in Russia. |

Expansion of production capacities, launch of two more concrete mixing stations. |

SU-155 starts investment activity. The own bank is established. |

SU-155 initiates the establishment of the Moscow Construction Union. Launch of a new activity direction – production of nonmetallic materials. |

SU-155 enters the regional scene by starting the construction in Kaliningrad. |
