Using its own advanced construction facilities and design bureaus included in SU-155, the Company is capable of developing and building the houses of its own series, which would best meet the social, technical and weather conditions of regions.
I-155 series is the most demanded house on the Moscow region market
The own I-155 series of individual panel building is the feather in the Company’s cap. Its characteristics meet the requirements of cast in-situ housing to the maximum extent. The model of a house of free layout and increased comfort with noise and heat insulation was developed in 2000. Development of a new branded I-155N series provided with ventilated facades according to the latest trends in architecture started in 2006 based on the well-proven I-155 series.
The structure of the new individual series of houses provides for assembling houses of different configuration with various numbers of storeys and different types of apartments using the same articles and the same structural scheme. Variety of section types provides an opportunity to create any set of apartments with an area from 50 to 120 sq.m. The number of storeys in new houses reaches 25.
SPT: Own house for regions
In 2007, a new series of individual dwelling panel houses intended for the regional markets was
developed. The series is designed for construction of 12-17 storied buildings. In the apartment set, the municipal requirements to the modern dwelling space are taken into account (one room apartment – 42 sq.m, tworoom apartment – 56 sq.m, three-room apartment – 81 sq.m, kitchen – 10 sq.m). The apartment layout excludes adjoining rooms. All apartments will be provided with pantries, built-in closets, mezzanines as well as with glazed loggias for the kitchens.
IP-46S: Solution for the housing problem
Houses of the market most widespread IP-46S series are a new insight of the well-known IP-46M series. In the houses of IP-46S series, the most demanded one- and two-room apartments are mainly designed.
The total area of one-room apartments makes 43.6 sq.m, two-room apartment – 61.7 sq.m, threeroom apartments – 100.5 sq.m. Most often the houses are built as one row 12-16 storied buildings or with turning sections.

Cast in-situ house-building
SU-155 is also engaged in cast in-situ housebuilding. Cast in-situ houses built by SU-155 feature higher comfort rates, original facades, non-standard layout, underground parkings and are located in the prestigious districts of Moscow with well-developed house-building and infrastructure. You can see these houses in the following streets: Kakhovka, 2nd Filyovskaya, Zelenodolskaya, Architect Vlasov, Novocheriomushkinskaya, Yunykh Lenintsev, etc. Cast in-situ and bricks buildings of the “trefoil“ configuration are erected in Obolensky lane and Gubkin street.
In the very center of Moscow, next to Stary Arbat street, SU-155 built an elite house in Kompositorskaya street provided with an underground garage and swimming pool as well as a business class house in Novoslobodskaya street.
